Office Friends offer next day delivery on stationery anywhere in the UK providing orders are received by us before 4pm.

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Stationery

UK Nationwide delivery to account customers and non-accounts customers in the Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire area is free of charge. All other orders under £50.00 will incur a £4.95 delivery charge. Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Furniture

UK Nationwide delivery to account customers and non-account customers in the Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire area is free of charge.All other orders under £150 will incur a £30 delivery charge.Delivery is free on orders over £150. 

RETURNS
Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item we have supplied. Please Include as much information as possible, such as:

• Delivery note number       
• Product code and description of the item
• The quantity of each item ordered
• The quantity of each item received

BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail or telephone of the expected due date.

If the due date is unsuitable, then please let us know and we will do our best to find you a suitable alternative.
